What about me?

Well, I was born at a very young age, in the small humble town of Orlando. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, along with two minors: Business Administration and Digital Media in 2016. After 5 years of working at Universal Orlando Resort, I built my foundation in product in the User Experience Design space for two agencies: Purple, Rock, Scissors and Beyond for a total of about 4 years. In late 2018 I joined the Blink Fitness team building products for users that help differentiate Blink in the fitness industry.

  • Coordinated the integration of enterprise partners through design and technology documentation

Blink Fitness, Equinox (New York, NY)
Director of Product, 07/2021–12/2022

  • Developed and implemented the first Product Vision and OKRs for all product teams, gathering input from all stakeholders and aligning on new initiatives for the business post-Covid.
  • Hire and manage the Product Managers and the Product Design teams, owning the prioritization, user experience, and stakeholder alignment across all digital channels (kiosk, web, and app), in addition to their workload and professional development.
  • Pitched and spearheaded the first LGBT Employee Resource Group at Blink Fitness, continuing to be the leader for the initiative.

Senior Product Manager, 10/2018–07/2021

  • Product Owner for the Blink Fitness App, working with senior leadership stakeholders to create and maintain the roadmap and champion the member experience. Managed a cross-functional team of 8-10 to release features to Apple App and Google Play stores to our 500k member-base.
  • Released purchase membership and ancillary services features within the Blink Fitness App, increasing business revenue with an additional channel by over 3%.
  • UI / UX designer for a new check-in history experience feature, allowing members to keep count of their check-ins to when they first joined the gym, in addition to home page and browse page enhancements, allowing members to browse our library of 1,000+ pieces of content.
  • Managed the UX Enhancements workstream for the .com experience of Blink Fitness through Optimizely with partners CroMetrics and Beyond, creating A/B tests that increased conversion up to 15%.
  • Managed the product vision and experience with CloudReach of a an entrance experience for gym members using facial recognition as a method of expediting check-ins and delighting our members.
  • Created a model front entrance experience with partner agency Fuzz that enhanced our member entrance experience through technology. This aimed to reduce member frustration, increase speed of check-in, and consolidate hardware.
  • Created a 360 video with partner agency Nice Shoes that aimed to increase pre-sale for prospective members, increase franchise sales, and to be used for training in new markets.
  • Rolled out a Personal Training Software iPad proof-of-concept app to 4 gyms, collecting feedback from personal trainers, club managers, and personal training clients to understand priority features, track usage, and report learnings to senior leadership.

Beyond (New York, NY)
Product Designer / UX Architect, 2/2017—10/2018

  • Ideated the future of the member networking application, working with IDEO’s service design team and leveraging primary member research, embedded at WeWork.
  • Restructured the information architecture, navigation, site, and content of 12 software products for Google.
  • Developed a personalized chatbot that delivers Johnson & Johnson news to employees owning user research, system design, copywriting, and project management.
  • Created a new system architecture for a social networking site for healthcare patients using survey results and Google Analytics.
  • Led research and ideation in a 5-week workshop for the future of digital ads, creating 6 concepts to increase revenue for the Wall Street Journal.
  • Created and implemented an Instagram social strategy for Beyond increasing engagement and followers, in addition to solidifying the brand.

  • Audited traffic, content, and user interview feedback to formulate a redesign strategy which included a new sitemap, conversion funneling, and wireframes for Corkcicle.com within Shopify.

Purple Rock Scissors (Orlando, FL)
Product Designer / UX Architect, May 2014 – February 2017

  • Proposed a User Testing session to LIM College that contained measurable goals, a testing script, tasks by persona type, and proposed reporting.
  • Wrote testing scripts and test cases in English and Spanish for Florida Blue and took notes in a testing lab throughout the 16 users.
  • Routinely visited Adventist University to perform user and stakeholder interviews, ethnographic research, and user testing.
  • Conducted and analyzed click, navigation flow, and A/B tests, as well as surveys and interviews for Florida Blue.
  • Prioritized content and personas by reading and tagging 150 website form submissions using AirTable.
  • Conducted a rapid prototyping/user testing session for Facebook Smart Restart using Sketch and InVision to finalize functionality and content.

Universal Orlando Resort (Orlando, FL)

  • Oversaw the operation and was the first point of contact for team members, guests, and interdepartmental partners. Responsible for the consistent execution of guest service and operational standards and motivating team members to safely deliver capacity.
